What methods of payment do you
accept? We accept purchase orders, certified checks or money orders
for the purchase of products. Personal checks are accepted with the
understanding that shipping will be delayed until the check clears the bank.
What type of technical support will I receive? Technical support is available by phone from 8:00am until 5:00pm (CST) Monday through Friday. Can I cancel my order? Yes. You may cancel your order within 48 hours and a refund
(or credit, if unpaid) will be mailed to you within 10 business days.
How long do refunds take? Refunds are mailed within 10 business days from the date that the cancellation request is received in the A.T.T.A.C.K. Systems office.
Can I return an item that is damaged, defective, or I just don't want? If you find the software is damaged or defective upon arrival, please call A.T.T.A.C.K. Systems immediately. Damaged or defective disks will be replaced ASAP. Merchandise returned without authorization will be refused, and no credit will be issued. To avoid a restocking charge, please return your merchandise in the original box and packing materials, including all items and instructions. Do not destroy or discard original packing in case you must return the item. The value of missing accessories will be deducted from the amount of your refund.
