Frequently Asked Questions


What methods of payment do you accept?  We accept purchase orders, certified checks or money orders for the purchase of products. Personal checks are accepted with the understanding that shipping will be delayed until the check clears the bank.

What type of technical support will I receive? Technical support is available by phone from 8:00am until 5:00pm (CST) Monday through Friday.

Can I cancel my order? Yes. You may cancel your order within 48 hours and a refund (or credit, if unpaid) will be mailed to you within 10 business days.

How long do refunds take? Refunds are mailed within 10 business days from the date that the cancellation request is received in the A.T.T.A.C.K. Systems office.

Can I return an item that is damaged, defective, or I just don't want? If you find the software is damaged or defective upon arrival, please call A.T.T.A.C.K. Systems immediately. Damaged or defective disks will be replaced ASAP. Merchandise returned without authorization will be refused, and no credit will be issued. To avoid a restocking charge, please return your merchandise in the original box and packing materials, including all items and instructions. Do not destroy or discard original packing in case you must return the item. The value of missing accessories will be deducted from the amount of your refund.


How long will it take to receive my order?  The standard shipping time for orders shipped via UPS ground is 5-10 days.

Can I have an order shipped to my P.O. Box?  No. The vast majority of our merchandise is shipped via UPS, and a valid street address is needed to ensure proper delivery. We also cannot ship to A.P.O, F.P.O., or foreign addresses.

Can I have my order shipped to a different address?  Yes! Just make sure the address on your purchase order is the address you want us to ship your merchandise to. Remember to use street address, not a Post Office Box, for any shipping address.

How are shipping charges calculated?  Most orders are shipped prepaid. If requested, overnight delivery can be provided at standard overnight shipping rates, and charges will be added to the invoice.
